Yoga, meaning 'Union' in Sanskrit, refers to the union of individual consciousness with the Universal consciousness.  As the science to right living in our daily lives, it is a means to balance and harmonise our body (physical), mind (mental) and emotions for connection with our true selves.

Offering a tailored yoga program customised for your individual needs, we provide guided yoga sessions in a safe and comfortable environment. Our private lessons are available on a one-to-one or group basis and suitable for all-level practitioners. Besides Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga, our sessions can be personalised to include additional modules such as Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

Teachers’ Profile

Edrea and Claris completed their 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with the purpose of sharing the benefits derived from Yoga with others. To further complement their holistic healing experiences, they are certified Kundalini Reiki Masters (Level 3), experienced with the use of energy to heal Mind-Body-Emotions-Soul.

Empathetic to the needs of their students, they believe that yoga is accessible to and can be practised by everyone. Their background in the corporate world and experiences on and off the mat have deeply enhanced and refined their teaching styles to better provide for students in their care.

Through customised yoga sessions that address individual concerns and by offering the option of extra modules such as Yoga Nidra and Meditation, they strive to provide students with specialised programmes that promote a better connection with oneself for improved holistic healing.
